A valid purchased SHXRM Studio license grants its purchaser permission to use
the compiled toolkit within the computer activation limit and term disclosed
for the purchased product. The license is non-exclusive and non-transferable
between owners. Deactivating one computer and activating another for the same
owner is permitted within those limits. Browser access to the same licensed
streaming PC does not count as another PC activation.

Redistribution, resale, or sublicensing of the proprietary application, owner
source/build kit, activation keys, or publisher build configuration is not
permitted without SHXRM's written authorization. The public setup documentation
may be copied for installation and support with attribution. Purchase and
refund terms are those disclosed by the publisher at checkout.

Third-party components remain governed by their own licenses and notices.
This license does not restrict rights granted by those third-party licenses.
Streaming services, connectivity, and platform access are supplied separately.
The software is supplied as-is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted streams
or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
